Getting to INNSBRUCK

Getting to Innsbruck is easy and convenient. The city can be reached via a well-developed highway network, offers direct rail connections to numerous European cities and is well connected to international bus routes. Innsbruck Airport also offers numerous flights to important European hubs.

Innsbruck Airport is located in the west of the city, about 4 km from the city center. The international airport offers year-round connections to cities such as Amsterdam, Frankfurt, London and Vienna. This offer is complemented by numerous seasonal flights.

Thanks to Innsbruck's convenient location on the north-south axis, it is easy to get here by train. Innsbruck offers excellent Intercity, Eurocity and Railjet connections from cities such as Zurich, Vienna, Munich and Verona.

Innsbruck is optimally connected to the most important European highways: from the north via Munich (Germany), from the south via Verona (Italy), from the west via Zurich (Switzerland) and from the east via Vienna. These connections make it easy to travel from all directions.

HOW TO GET TO THE Messe Innsbruck

Messe Innsbruck / Exhibition Center Innsbruck impresses with its exceptional location in the heart of Innsbruck. The picturesque Gothic old town of Innsbruck, for example, is only a 10-minute walk away. You can easily reach the trade fair on foot, by public transport or by car.

ACCESSIBILITY AT THE Messe Innbruck

Messe Innsbruck attaches great importance to creating a barrier-free environment for all visitors. The exhibition grounds are designed accordingly to provide unrestricted access for people with different needs. 

TO THE Messe Innsbruck BY TRAIN

Innsbruck main station is just a few minutes' walk from the exhibition center. Alternatively, suburban trains and some regional trains (REX and CJX) serve the new ÖBB stop “Messe Innsbruck”, which is just one stop away from the main station. The new stop on the Viadukt arches is just a two-minute walk from the Messe Ost entrance. The station provides direct connections to the Unterland and Oberland as well as in the direction of Brenner. Passengers can reach the exhibition grounds comfortably and conveniently via barrier-free entrances and exits with lifts, spacious access areas and traffic-calmed zones.

TO THE MESSE INNSBRUCK BY tram or bus

Visitors to the Messe Innsbruck / Exhibition Center Innsbruck are advised to take the bus or tram. This makes it easy to get to the fair without having to search for a parking space.

THE ALTERNATIVE FOR ALL CAR DRIVERS: PARK & RIDE

There are only a limited number of parking spaces available around the exhibition grounds. In addition, parking spaces are subject to charges on weekdays and the parking duration is limited to three hours. The Park & Ride offer is an ideal alternative to looking for a parking space at the trade fair. A sufficient number of parking spaces are available on the open-air grounds of Olympiaworld (West parking lot).

UNDERGROUND GARAGES NEAR THE FAIR

Underground parking spaces in the vicinity of Messe Innsbruck are available in the Citygarage (410 parking spaces), the Kaiserjägerstraße parking garage (240 parking spaces) and the TGKK garage Klara-Pölt-Weg (175 parking spaces). Own prices.
